In Asnières, the PSA Joint-Development Zone is giving rise to a new neighbourhood. The architectural design of the various projects was carried out in conjunction with Ateliers Lion et associés. Consultations made it possible to develop a coherent approach to neighbourhood-level urbanism defined as a series of buildings articulating two distinct morphologies: a foundation providing a base in direct contact with the city, brick buildings in simple shapes, protrusions into the park, and white buildings thrusting into the sky

The high buildings offer views towards Montmartre and Montparnasse a report to the near and distant territory

We have designed two tall buildings, containing around sixty family apartments that acknowledge their relationship with the environment, both near and far.

The iridescent white surfaces of the buildings’ façades change with the weather and the light, from pearl pink to bronze-tinted white and opal blue.

Opposite the park, duplex apartments, like so many villas placed one atop the other, enable residents to identify their apartments instantly.

At street level, the buildings take on a more traditional appearance in terms of their volumes, materials and external spaces.
